Narayana is the Supreme Light (Param Jyoti)
Narayana is the Supreme Self (Param Atma)
Narayana is the Supreme Absolute (Para Brahma)
Narayana is the Supreme Reality (Para Tattvam)
Narayana is the Supreme Meditator (Para Dhyata)
Narayana is the Supreme Meditation (Param Dhyanam)
Narayana can be visualized or meditated upon as a resplendent flame (Mahaan Agni) in our heart.
The Narayana Suktham says that the Supreme Self (Paramatma) dwells in the middle of this Flame.
The Supreme Self (Paramatma) is Brahma (the Creator), Siva (the Destroyer), Hari (the Protector), Indra (the Ruler), the Imperishable (Akshara), the Absolute (Param), the Autonomous Being (Svaraat).
This shows the oneness of God – though known by different names and forms – with the Absolute Supreme Self or Para Brahman
Sat+Cit+Aanand= indicate that which actually exist as it is till now, in the present and for ever in future (beyond limits of time and space)

More than such indicative words, It is really beyond description. Contemplation is the only method to Know It. What the learneds say, It has to be actually Experienced by one by totally leaving all thoughts or imaginations predictions or intellectual elaboration. Once achieved there will be nothing to be known nothing to be earned nothing to be reached; for what is being actually searched by the beings was That Only!
